Today was not a good experience. We had a 10:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. It is 1:15 and we are just now leaving. It was a ridiculous long wait!!
They refuse to call me back and finish fixing my car ! I have died 6 times since they did a simple routine check up on my vehicle for warranty and ordered parts to fix the car but refuse to call me to finish the car and when I call no one will talk to me I get left on hold ! Been stranded 3 times this week .
Bad service !! Very unhappy with them and won't go back . Service: Oil change
