This place is awesome. We are having trouble with a certified pre-owned car and were having trouble getting into the dealership in a timely fashion. Nick called after I'd placed an online appointment request and offered to scan the car that afternoon! Amazing. After the scan, he honestly and realistically gave me not only a clear explanation of what was likely going on with my car, but also clear information on what my options were. The business seemed efficient and professional, and everyone working there seemed competent and kind. I will definitely be going back there for service needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and effective auto shop in New Orleans.

After reading some of the one star reviews I find that my experience is similar. I will rate a three in the hopes they can raise their standard of care and rethink some of their practices. They are absolutely expensive, so that is something to be aware of (and I'm even compensating for a summer NOLA humidity surcharge). I usually pay $85 for an oil change and air filter replacement and had to fork over $162 here (ok, I didn't HAVE to, but if I didn't, I would have to pay for the car exam which is a nice fat fee). The thing is, I had only put 1564 miles on the car since my last oil and air filter change (!!!!!!!). Most of those were highway miles when I drove from Tucson to NOLA. I only drove it on 4 short grocery runs in the six months since it's been in NOLA. I just wanted to have the oil changed before I went an a road trip and have what my last mechanic called "a peace-of-mind check" which I also did 1564 miles ago. So these guys didn’t actually work on my car. It was a little older than what they usually work on. But they did refer to me to an excellent mechanic-Richie’s Repairs-that did great work for a very fair price. Being new to town it was really nice to find trustworthy mechanics right from the start!
