Outstanding service from a really wonderful mechanic. Don did the job right, with open communication and honest pricing. As a woman who often feels taken advantage of with maintenance pricing, I very much appreciated Don’s honesty and passion for doing great work.
I was considering taking my car to this place but after reading the reviews I better not to.
I went in to have a tire repaired on my lunch brake and was yelled at and told to come back at 2:00 because it was hot and he was about to go to lunch. I explained to the mechanic that I was on my lunch break and they would be closed when I got off from work. He was beyond rude and yelled at me again to come back at 2:00. I thank him for his excellent customer service, with sarcasm… he then said “Thanks for not coming back BITCH”!So don’t waste your time or energy on the place!
