NOLA Automotive Repairs

Today I have one of the most pleasant automotive repair experiences I have had in my 76 years on this Earth. I am out of town and traveling and had a car trouble and took it to NOLA Auto repair with a severe engine Miss. They greeted me very pleasantly(Sheila) and were incredibly efficient and assured me that they thought they could solve my problem that day so I can get back on the road. They fixed my engine problem and also charge my air conditioner while I was there and then on top of everything gave me a 10% discount for being a member of AAA. I asked Sheila if perhaps they could relocate the business to Dallas.

Stacy was a lifesaver. She’s the best. Her and the crew at the shop helped us when we needed it the most. Traveling cross country from Key West to California came with it struggles and our biggest one was when our brakes on the car failed and we needed everything replaced. We only had two days booked at a hotel in New Orleans on Bourbon Street so time was an issue. Stacy worked her magic and we got our car fixed in a day and a half. It was amazing and exactly the kind of luck we needed. If you are in New Orleans or you are just traveler passing through and you need car repairs this is the place to go!! Highly Recommend. Our car had mechanical issues when we were leaving New Orleans to head back to Mississippi after a day trip to a museum. After the first repair shop we went to told us that we had to leave the car for two days before they could even look at the car, AAA referred us to NOLA Automotive. We received fantastic service!!! When Aaron answered the phone, and discovered that we were from out of town, he told us to come to the shop ASAP, and if the car could be repaired that day (already was 2pm), there would be a possibility that we would be heading home that day! Stacie was awesome when we arrived, putting us at ease during a very stressful time. She explained what the mechanic found, showed us the damaged parts, quickly ordered the parts, and the car was repaired in a few hours. The shop was quite busy at the time we arrived, but Stacey and Aaron were understanding of our predicament, and worked hard to have us on our way back home! Highly recommend NOLA Automotive Repair!
