Best service from a place that did nothing for me. My OBII reader was throwing a code that said my catalytic convertor needed attention. I contacted Mark via email, and let him know what was happening. I came in a few days later, he hooked up his OB reader, put my vehicle on the rack for a visual, and said I had a different problem that need to be addressed. He made a recommendation for an auto repair shop, and thanked me for coming by. He could have performed some exhaust repairs, charged me, and sent me on my way, but his honesty and integrity saved me, and my vehicle. The gentleman that performed the inspection was knowledgeable and friendly. Short and non-traditional service hours, but just by watching the techs work, I could tell they did not waste time.

Mark of Mark's Muffler Shop, Inc; are Most Assuredly, Among The Best, Of The Best!!! I went there this morning, Thinking I needed a New Muffler, Because of a noise, I would hear occasionally; beneath my car. I knew my Warranty had expired, Because, I'd purchased the Muffler, In December of 2019, Therefore, I was prepared, to purchase another Muffler. Mark, Immediately had his Team of Experts, To examine my Muffler and Found No problems. I told Mark, A Caution Light came on in My Car; Therefore, I thought my Instincts were Correct. Mark made it Quite Clear; Again; There's Nothing wrong with the Muffler, But you may need a New Gas Cap... You Know, Mark was Absolutely Correct. My Gas Cap is in Deplorable Condition and the Noise I heard, Was My Spare Tire; Which came out of its place!!! "THANK GOD"; "HIS WORLD"; IS FILLED, WITH, Front Runners. ALWAYS KNOW; "OUR HEAVENLY FATHER", IS "OUR #1 FRONT RUNNER"; AND WILL TAKE, "1ST PLACE", OR, "no place"; "AMEN"????????????????????????????????????

I had a loud annoying rattling sound coming from my chevy avalanche truck. I bought it over to Mark and he solved my problem within minutes. I was so sad to hear that he's thinking about retirement. Good luck Mark, its been a pleasure doing business with you . You will be missed in the community!!
