I live around the corner from Fletcher's, so I googled them when I needed my suicide door fixed on my Mini Cooper Clubman. Funnily enough, I found a glowing review from my friend who I used to work with! So, I called and talked to Oscar. He told me to drop the car off the next morning. Throughout the process Oscar called me to keep me informed of the progress. They found the problem, but he had trouble finding the parts because Mini Cooper- New Orleans. He finally found a place in Texas and had the parts sent, but it was the weekend, so the parts took a few days. Once the parts came, they were able to fix the door quickly, and then they cleaned the car. The parts were expensive as expected, but the labor was very low compared to what other places charge. I was very happy with the job. So a couple weeks later we needed the back strip brake light replaced on our Jeep Renegade. AMAZING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM! My car's front bumper has been broken for a while. A couple days ago, the right side finally came apart. The bumper was broken and the sides of the car was crushed in. I called Fletcher's and he was very friendly, told me I could come in for him to check it out. He was very friendly and professional. They were able to take my car in immediately. The job was done within a day. The job was IMPECCABLE! It felt like I got a new car.
