They're reasonably professional, but don't expect a notable sense of urgency about anything. I was a little confused when I specifically requested two new tires mounted on the rear of my car and found the new tires on the front when I picked it up p, especially considering they have educational posters in their lobby explaining in detail why you should always mount new tires on the rear of a vehicle.

Made an online appointment. Showed up and the guy behind the counter told me it was first come first serve. When I asked him any question after that he responded with "idk it's just first come first serve right now." Very happy to take my business literally anywhere else.

Absolutely do not go here unless you want to be told all your tires are dry-rotted and it is unsafe for you to even leave the parking lot, or some other ploy to get you to buy a set of tires, like they told our promotions manager she l and market (general) manager. Our promotions director took one of our station vehicles here to have a slow-leaking plug replaced with a patch, and they replaced the whole tire! They told our market manager it was leaking through the sidewall and could not be patched. Luckily he pushed back on the demand he buy 3 additional tires as well, because they are all dry-rotted. If you have any tiny cracks at all, they will call it dry-rotted and unsafe to drive. People don't know any better, and so they take advantage of you. AVOID THIS PLACE!
