Honestly, everyone I interacted with was nice. I took my car in for an oil change, and for them to fix the brake light issue I was having. Close to them closing, I hadn’t received a call that my car was done, so I had to hound them. I brought it in at 8am and didn’t get my car back until 6pm. When I got it back, they said they ran the diagnostic, but weren’t comfortable/couldn’t figure out how to fix it, so I should take it to a dealership. I just got off the phone with my extended warranty company that said if they had the capability to diagnose the issue, they should have fixed it. Apparently there’s some step by step manual out there that comes with the computer that runs the diagnostics. I was charged $180 for man hours, the diagnostic, and the oil change, when the only thing I actually got out of the whole experience was an oil change.
