We are from Tennessee and were visiting New Orleans when we were involved in an automobile accident. That's the bad part. The good part is that they towed our car to Chambliss Auto Repair Shop. Mr Chambliss was very gracious and even took us to get a rental car. All during the repair process he would email us a status report. He is a true gentleman who still understands the word SERVICE. I would highly recommend his shop

Called at 4:40 pm, mr. Jeffrey told me to come right away - that he would make time for me even if it was late in the day already. My old Toyota Camry front bumper was falling down and another shop in Austin TX had given me an estimate for more than $1000 to replace the piece with an original by Toyota. My car is worth $2000 in total so all I needed was for the bumper to just stay in place a little longer! Mr. Jeffrey said he could just drill a couple of screws into it (won’t look nice but - hey. Well worth it). And so he did. Thank you so much mister! I didn’t even know I could do it. Now that’s someone who really fixes your problems - no fuss about it. Very grateful for it! I wish more people were this honest and straightforward. ????

I went and spoke with Mr. Chambliss about getting a quote on a few different things for my truck. I filled out their online appointment option and Mr. Chambliss called me within five minutes. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. Mr. Chambliss was so polite, kind, and honest. He recommended what I should get done and things that were just not really necessary. I didn't end up not needing to get the work done, but I will for sure be coming back whenever I do need my truck worked on.
