Really liked their service! We needed a general check up. The lady at the front was super nice and kind and explained everything with lots of patience. If they don't think something is worth being repaired, they will tell you. I have the feeling they care about your spending. I will bring my car here from now on!

Mechanic, manager and staff have no idea where my car went, but agree to working on it! I went today to pick it up and the was straight up GONE! I was told by the lady at the counter that it was my fault because although I communicated with them, I took too long to get the car. The lady was extremely rude. She all but told me to get the fug out. She told me that I was playing games, she didn't have time to get me a copy of my receipt and just continued to berate me. I remained calm then sat down and asked for the manager. She said he wasn't there, she didn't know where he was and she wasn't going to call him and bother him with this nonsense. The manager showed up and agrees to have worked on the car, but didn't know where the car went. I have since contacted an attorney and filed a police report. I'd advise you to take your vehicle to a company more professional. They also keep all of their records and receipts in a spiral notebook. Don't take your car here!

I went to them a few times last year and their prices were good and I thought the job seemed good. I had a problem with one of the repairs that seemed like something hadn't been tightened properly, leading to some expensive issues. I was expecting to get the usual run around and that it was not their fault. Instead they were very reasonable about it and took care of the issue. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. We all make mistakes sometimes, but in this world it's hard to find businesses that take accountability. Thanks cacamos. :) Service: General repairs & maintenance
