BOUDREAUX'S COLLISION NOLA

I seriously cannot recommend Boudreaux's enough. I've had to bring them a vehicle twice; both times they did us right. First time they did a significant amount of testing and re-testing the issue and came in at the same estimate they gave up front. Second time I drove off and got flagged down because my brake light wasn't working; I brought it back and they fixed it on the spot free of charge. Quality people, highly recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend Boudreaux’s. I was rear ended in October, they got my SUV in January. It needed a whole new trunk lift gate. Which is actually not too hard since you just buy the lift gate already assembled and put it on. When I got it back the support didn’t work so the trunk won’t stay opened. How can they not notice this before returning it to me. Needless to say I noticed while there and trying to open my trunk. They said they needed to order the part and couldn’t find it. For 3.5 months I called every other week and asked if they’d found it. Nothing. So I googled and found a replacement In 5 minutes. It was then installed incorrectly and broke a month later. I’ve now not had access to my trunk for 6 months. They apologize but do little to solve the problem. On top of that there were a lot of other little things they completely missed or messed up.
