Shoddy work, poorer service. They couldn't accomplish the simplest little scratch repair to the trailer hitch cover plate on my wife's QX80. Took forever; they admitted to damaging the part while dealing with it; now it won't secure to the vehicle properly; they promised several times to make it right; never have. I took my vehicle to Mercedes they told me to schedule an appointment w/ Ray Brandt because that is who does the warranty work, I scheduled an appointment for the 12th, came to Ray Brandt to see if they could possibly switch the times because no one was answering the phone. I spoke w/ a lady and she was very rude and unhelpful, I asked her could they give me an estimate for some damage I had done backing up into a tree and I asked her could they possibly do all the work in one and if they could give me an estimate for the damage I had done, she said no, she begin to ask for my insurance information I said so can y'all do it all in one or no, because if you can't then I'm not giving you my insurance information. She stormed up and went to get the manager the manager came out and you can see his attitude and he deny warranty on my car for the paint default and trunk default which is on video! little does he know that’s a breach of contact and it’s very illegal.
