NOLA Collision Center

They won't let you come into the center so they can actually take a look at it and give an estimate? They use an electronic/website and ask to submit photos. I gave them a call and let them know even though I submitted photos, I wanted to bring it in so they could give me a more accurate estimate so I would know how much I needed to spend since everything wasn't showing on the photos. They told me they won't allow me to come in, even though they're aware that the website estimate is a "rough" estimate and they can't see all the damage. Never worked with a mechanic that operates that way? Just seemed shady to give a lessor version of an estimate, which they know is not accurate, and refuse to give you a more precise one before you decide to book with them.
