So Lexus recommended Clean Fleet to repair my car that was hit while parked. It’s was hit by someone pulling into a space, so maybe 3 mph. Not a difficult job. I pick it up and they hand me a key fob that has a grey adhesive on it and I said that’s not mine and he used it to open my car. No one knew what the grey stuff was on my fob. I checked only one side of my car and a 4 year old could have done a better job. They had over 2 weeks to repair. See photos. *** UPDATE- the owner contacted me and said he is going to make it right and put me in a rental. I’m glad to know he stands behind his work and is honest and willing to work it out with me. So, I’m giving them another chance bc he is putting his employee that has been with him for 12 years on my car. A new hire worked on mine and the new hire office guy didn’t check it before returning it to me.
