I love Toyota! Always purchase my cars from Mr. John Breaux! He is amazing. This time I went for a tire rotation and oil change and my car stopped in the middle of me driving after picking up my son. I immediately called Mr. John and he instructed me to bring back to Toyota. My service person came out and the mechanic forgot to hook a piece back under the hood. But it was taken care of immediately but it was definitely scary and thank God I wasn’t on the highway when my car stalled on me.

The young Hispanic lady was very professional, courteous and friendly at the beginning, during and end of the complete service. I will definitely be requesting her as my service rep from now on. I believe her initials was an AW. The last 2 times at the service department has been excellent; great job on customer focus. Services: Tires, Oil change

First time using the site due to being a Toyota owner for the first time. The previous truck owner had brought the truck there before and they pointed out it wasn’t time for a change. Being the new owner I just wanted to reset the clock so I had them proceed. Very prompt. Very good service. Made other recommendations but not pushy trying to get me to do them. I’ll be back.
