Bad service I went there to get my oil change and belt today and they told me that the man is at lunch break and I refuse to wait because One, y’all should have another person to take that place and I ask the lady can I wait. she told me no and when I was leaving there was another customer and they took him… THAT was a waste of my time I ADVISE YALL TO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE EVER AGAIN…. Y’all listen to me GO TO PRECISION TUNE UP ON RYAN ST IN LAKE CHARLES THEY DO AWESOME WORK!!!!! Believe me PERIOD Service: Oil change
Stopped by because my tire pressure light was on a nice gentleman named Mickey waited on me I explained why I came in he explained that tires gain pressure in the heat. Checked the air and when I asked how much I owed he said nothing have a good evening and if I would like to rate him so I give him 5 stars for courtesy and great customer service.
The swevuce was fast and awesome as always. Nicole was very nice and helpful, randy (who was under the bay and I never seen him) seemed to have a great job getting my service started and finished in a very timely manner.
