We use this place for repairs instead of delearship.. Mainly because they seem to actually care and are much easier to work with.. Very professional manager Mr. Josh
The absolute only folks who had my tire in stock. The staff was great and had positive attitudes. They moved quickly and really saved the day! The reason I gave 4 stars is because they put waaaayyyy too much air in the tire but other than that…
Bought tires from Tire Rack with 2 year free road hazard. A prompt came up offering Firestone Complete Auto Care as recommended installer. I called Firestone Complete Auto Care and talked to Jeff, He refused to install tires even though they have a partnership agreement. After inquiring with Tire Rack I was assured they talked to installer and corrected the mistake. I was also informed that the Road hazard is not connected to using a recommended installer so I don't need to have them installed by them.
