I can't say enough good about this business! I'm not from Lake Charles but woke up early to leave town and had a dead battery. I went to the automotive store that advertised being able to change the battery. After selling me a battery he informed me he couldn't install it and sent me across town to another location. Of course they couldn't install it either. I'm an older woman and my car knowledge is limited to putting gas in and popping the hood. I was certain that on a Friday morning no one would take the time for me. They called Family Auto and explained my situation and sent me to these wonderful people. I was almost ready to cry when I arrived on their door. The manager held my hand and told me they would take care of everything. And they did! They really took care of me and really cared. I was on my way in less than an hour! They will have my business whenever I need auto care while in Lake Charles and all my family there knows how wonderful they are!

Definitely going there for maintance on my cars again
