I had my car towed there because it left me stranded, it took them several days to call me to tell me I needed a new engine. They said we will call you back in a few hours with a price…..4 weeks later still never received a phone call so I had to pay another towing fee to tow it to another place. Absolutely ridiculous

This place is HORRIBLE!! I came in with a check engine/ stabilitrack error. Louis, the owner, charged $80 for diagnostic and Charged me $500 plus dollars for alternator and labor. I kid you not this car broke down the next day in the middle of nowhere on 171 outside of Natchitoches. I had to get my car towed to Shreveport to Chevyland. It was my throttle body!! Spoke to Louis in person and he said they don’t do an actual diagnostic..on a computer…they just look at it and GUESS what the issue is!! I was out of $1000 plus dollars and had to leave my car in Shreveport for Chevyland to fix it properly!! I believe This place is incompetent and I reported it to the BBB!!! Go somewhere else!! The owner is a liar..the other issues I had were there when I took it to this fraudulent auto shop.. they just didn’t fix it and ripped me off! I trusted that this was a professional company.
