This is a great group of guys! Their lot is always full and it's no wonder. Honest, fair and always smiling faces! Communication is top notch. As long as I'm in Lafayette, they'll have my business. Thank you for a job well done!

PSA: They are currently 2 days behind in diagnostics jobs and they do not take appointments. The gentleman at the desk was very honest and straight forward in telling me they couldn't help. I did appreciate the honesty, so at least I didn't waste my time. I wish they could see that they are sending good business and money out the door. I have used Ross before and I appreciate Ross' good old fashion business tactics, but when you are that backed up, it seems like it might be wise to at least set appointments until you can get caught up. To the Owner: Thank you for your response to my review. Unfortunately, the option of bringing it back was not presented to me during my visit. I would have not been opposed to that, but it was communicated to me that your business was operated on a first come first serve basis and that they did not take appointments.
