Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've never been there and already know I'm never going. Some of those reviews are classic red flag auto "stay away" places. There's simply no excuses for some of those reviews and it's so clear it's about the $, didn't even listen to customer in a bunch of cases and there's no way around saying you did when you read their reviews. I was considering because close to my work (tire place, oil changes, etc.) but we don't do alignments so was going to bring here but no thanks, I'll go to my usual place by my home. Don't even think i need one, was just going to do the complete job in case but point is, have plenty time to go by house. No way in the world with them horror stories.

No complaints about the products or services. Tires installed in a timely manner, alignment done. As I was leaving, I noticed pennies on the floor of the driver's side. Then found that my dashboard change cup (holds probably a bit more than a cup of change) was almost empty, a few pennies and nickels - it had been full to the top with pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters. On further investigation, I found that the entire car had been searched. Zippers and flaps on visor document holder all open, items in console were tumbled around, ditto glove box. I do not keep my house keys on the same ring with car keys, but if I did I would have had a locksmith over yesterday to change all of the locks in my home. This is disturbing, creepy; and no effort was made to disguise the theft or searching. So if you plan to visit here, take all of your valuables with you if you want them to remain "yours." They checked my brakes and the sensors and told me what I needed didn't add anything very honest. I will buy my tires from there when I do get ready for new tires they're so wonderful. Very polite very clean place nice atmosphere honest people. And I think their prices are reasonable.
