Above and Beyond! As a traveler, passing through Lafayette I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Dave's. My Ford Expedition's Air Con gave up and the team at Dave's Car Care Center replaced the broken AC compressor in 4 hours. They were very helpful going so far as to offer me a complimentary ride to my hotel, to wait while the SUV was fixed. Everyone at the shop was helpful and professional. THANKS TEAM! Great service and reasonable prices. They are upfront and honest. I've used them several times. My last visit resulted in a death sentence for my car as the repairs would have cost more than it was worth, but they were very thorough in explaining the problems and never pressured me to make needless repairs. They will continue to be my "go to" for regular service and maintenance for my new car.

I brought my van here twice. The first time for a warranty repair from the dealer. After market parts was used and the part went out within 3 months. I brought it back and they fixed it no problem. The second time was for a different warranty related part and they fixed it as well. The reason I gave this repair shop 1 star is because i asked them to fix a leaking tire while it was there and they said they did. I thought they did as well because when I left my low tire light was off. The very next day it came back on again, and evidently the tire was not fixed. This is disappointing, something so simple but not done. I would have been more pleased if they just would have told me they didn’t want to fix the tire and only wanted to fix the other issue.
