Acadiana Transmission kept my truck for approximately a month. I kept calling to ask what's the status. Their response was the mechanic is Road testing another vehicle and they'll get back with me. I can not say how impressed I am in the way I was treated here. I brought my vehicle in because the engine oil light was coming on. A fitting on the oil pump was broken during the repair of my vehicle. The mechanic reported to the owner that he had broken it. The mechanic could have easily said my oil pump needed to be changed, I wouldn't have known any different. The owner, Joe, called me himself to apologize about the delay. Here was another chance to tell me my oil pump was bad and needed to be changed. Joe told me it was broken by his employee, therefore would not cost me a penny more. Worst customer service ever! Never met people that don’t want to make money. They also don’t take appointments and have a whole lot full of cars that have yet to be fixed. So your car will be sitting there for weeks if not months. And if your plan on taking your vehicle to get checked out good luck finding a spot to park. Most unorganized business I’ve ever been to.
