My transmission was slipping and transmission fluid was leaking from the front of my 2012 truck and I had it towed to "Pat" at Percicsion Transmission Exc. for 8:00am and by 9:00am Pat had called me and he had fixed my problem. I had a transmission hose burst and all of my transmisson fluid had leaked out. Pat fixed it and added fluid and took it out on a test drive and found that my transmission was still working for the time being and told me it was ok to drive it around, but to keep an eye out if my transmission should start to slip later on and bring it in. Pat was so polite, friendly and professional in handling the problem I had in a fast and effecient way. What I thought would be an expensive fix turned out to be a very reasonable amount of money to fix what was done to put my truck back on the road. I was given a referral to take my vehicle to Precision Transmission, being told that they would take good care of me. And that they did! I am pleased with their professionalism and the time that they took working on my van. Additionally, they corrected a problem that my van did show signs of, with no charge. And to top things off, because my vehicle did not give a code nor did it present the problems I initially went in for, after working on it for two days, they did not charge me a diagnostic fee. I'm very pleased with Precision Transmission.
