They are very honest, could have told me i needed a whole new engine but was truthful and said no just a split oil pan and car just locked up both didnt blow the engine

I had taken my Jeep to the shop to replace my front brake calipers, as well as the rear brake drums and shoes. Driving out of the shop, I only made it to the first red light when I knew something was wrong. I should have turned around right then. The brakes didn't have that new brake stiffness to them, but I didn't want to be late for work. When I got to work and set the parking brake my Jeep rolled as if it had no brakes at all. I immediately called them back, and they came and got my Jeep. They said they had adjusted them, but the brakes barely hold on an incline. The foot brakes also continued to be very spongey. I finally had a free minute to get under my Jeep and adjust the parking brake myself. That's when I noticed that both of my rear brakes were leaking badly. That explains why they never felt stiff. If they can't reliably perform a brake repair they can't be trusted to perform any repair. Brakes are a safety critical component. Don't gamble on them with Kenner Automotive. Ser
