Walmart Auto Care Centers

Be prepared to be there for a while to have tire service done. Not sure if they are trained to do this or not, but the techs totally ignore any conversation from the customers and walked away from me when I started to ask one of them a question. Now...the ladies inside that work the register and automotive department are always cheerful and helpful. If you go back there and no one is around, be patient. They are always shorthanded and are usually back within 5 minutes. I just always found it odd that I can say "hi" or try to start a conversation with the techs and I totally get ignored and get their backs turned on me. Maybe it's just me... I do brush my teeth and wear deodorant...FYI....

The person that helped me was very courteous and friendly. She took care of my battery replacement with no problems.

Horrible service!!! My tire was ordered and paid for online since they didn't have it in stock in store. The automotive associate told me I would have to go pick the tire up from layaway and bring it back to them. By the time I made it back with the tire the cashier had changed out. I asked if she would just call me when the car was ready. She said yeah. Never got a call and when I got there apparently they messed up my ticket and were trying to charge me for my tire again. I wasn't upset. I know mistakes happen. I explained that the tire had already been paid for online and then the cashier proceeded to tell me oh well that's your fault you should have told them it was online. First of all I did tell her beforehand it was purchased online and second that comment was rude and unprofessional. If you want professional and good quality work save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
