I read the other reviews after I posted mine. The communication with this company has always been excellent for me. I ask questions about things if I don’t understand, and always get a courteous response. It seems that others may have similar problems to mine. I never like to spend money on broken glass. Seems such a waste. But I carry a larger deductible to save money on insurance premiums. So when I go in I know I will have to pay and yet that is my choice. Sometimes we give a bad review because we are already in a bad mood from needing to stop what we are doing. And by the way, one person remarked about friends giving all the good reviews-I don’t know any people connected with Express Glass- I just got good service, and I am happy to say so. I received prompt, courteous service from Express glass. Their quality of their work is excellent. Their waiting area is clean and spacious. I highly recommend this company for your glass services.
