Delta World Tire

Called to bring my truck in for springs, alignment, and to mount 4 tires. I asked If they would be able to handle it and the guy said they do all of that but they are booked until Tuesday, I called on a Friday. I said that's fine and I would like to make an appointment for Tuesday. He cuts me off and says that they work on a first come first served basis, which makes no sense. Why leave me without a vehicle while it just sits at your shop until you have an opening on Tuesday? I' m not sure why I couldn't make an appointment to drop it off on Tuesday and have the work done throughout the day. I mean, do they really need my truck there to hold my place in line? All in all it just sounds like they were too busy to take on any more work and just wanted to brush me off. Would have been nice to have an adult conversation and just say that...

These guys are great! And hilarious,always pleasant, smiling, and laughing. Professional quality care of your auto needs. I absolutely love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else. Best brands of tires with great warranties. I always refer friends, family, and even people I don't know, overhearing someone mentioning tires , I quickly mention delta world tire .

Gentlemen and young lady at the front desk all were very helpful. They were very honest and explained my situation in detail.
