First time customer recommended by a friend, now a life long customer. Was having trouble with AC in SUV. After having a friend look at it but unable to fix it, Mr Keith, owner, agreed to take on the project even knowing that someone else replaced parts and possibly made the situation worse. Mr Keith was in constant communication keeping me advise of what they were doing step be step. AC working just fine now. Was so surprised when Mr Keith did not want to charge me for the time it took to correct the issues that were made by friend (the so called mechanic). Only paid for the time and materials to get AC working. Highly recommend Gene's for all you automobile issues.

I was referred through a colleague, best decision . Mr. Keith is always accommodating , professional , and genuine. He has done several jobs on my vehicle and just recently did work on my daughters car. He explains every single detail that is going on with your vehicle , which is appreciated and he’s good at it too ! We are thankful for Mr. Keith and he sure knows how to handle aftermarket warranty companies to maximize your plan .
