The Automotive attendant Keira was very polite and very helpful. I had a great interaction with her and will definitely return for my automotive needs
They got the job done but I'm not sure these guys like their jobs. I was never greeted, my questions were ignored and the two men at the counter were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of me. Hey, I'm not looking for a friend, just a little courtesy.
After waiting an hour for an oil change, was told my car "wasn't in the book" by the mechanic, so he wouldn't do it. The last place I got my oil changed? This exact same Walmart. Even had the sticker. Ridiculous. Probably the fault of some idiotic management or program or "book" used by Walmart. Glad to take my business elsewhere.
