My daughter’s car was improperly towed and the rear differential was damaged as a result. Benton Road Auto Repair worked quickly and diligently with me to get it diagnosed and repaired. I dealt mainly with Cameron who was always so kind and informative. The work was done with very little wait. When I called Cameron, he said my van was too old (pre 2000) to work on the transmission. When I clarified that it was a leak job and not a functional job, he accepted with open arms. Kelly was the mechanic. He gets 5 stars also! This shop is the most professional one I have ever been to. They take pics and create a file that you can access online when talking about the estimate. They had it ready before I was because I work weekends at night. And then, when you pick up your car (see pic) you get this! Nice added thank you for your business!

From beginning to end, everyone ensured I was well taken care of. Cameron greeted me and was able to get me in and diagnose my problems in a timely manner. When the parts weren’t readily available, he made it his personal mission to find and obtain them as quickly as possible. The repair itself was very smooth and finished ahead of schedule. Upon completion, Cameron was very thorough and went over every detail of the work done, including a preventative solution to prevent future rubbing and damage. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.
