Carlos’ Tire will quote you one price and then demand another once the work is done – if you’re a woman! I’d heard from multiple women that they’d been charged mysterious up charges, on top of the disposal fee, and I’d even witnessed and experienced it myself. The first time they gaslighted me and told me I’d misunderstood, so I relented, even as the female customer waiting with me experienced the same exact confusion. Today they told me it would be $45 each for the tires, when they’d quoted $40 over the phone. I say if it’s $90 all together, including fees, then yes I’ll take it, and the man said okay, yes, $90 flat if I paid cash. They made me wait while they services two men who arrived later, and when it came time to pay for the two waste tires they’d put on, the man demanded $100. He said he knew the other man said $90 flat all included, but that wasn’t including the fee. He didn’t want to eat the disposal charge because those were $60 tires he gave me for $45. Went by due to my tire pressure kept showing low psi , I couldn’t go to Toyota it was just too far away . I pulled up at Carlo’s and they were so nice and helpful. I was hesitant being a female and going in with a tire concern , you know we always think ???? the worse , they going to jack the price up or say something else is wrong , well these guys did totally OPPOSITE, they took the tire off and checked it , there was a small nail in the tire and they took care of it . At a low cost as well which is always a plus ! Thanks guys y’all are awesome !
