Good people!!! The Owner Billy is very friendly and straight up about any issues you have with your vehicle. If he can fix it, he will and if he can't he will tell you he can't.
One of the best auto mechanics in Louisville. Very friendly and down to earth. Duvall's gave realistic outcome and a fairer than all price. You will not encounter a better mechanic or a nicer guy. Try him out. You won't be sorry!
A year ago, I took my car to this guy and everything went very well. I posted a 5-star review and drove away happy. So when I needed more work done to my car later, of course I went back to him. This time I was over-charged, he kept my car for 3 extra days because he was at the horse racing track, and worst of all, created a separate problem (no power steering) while 'fixing' my original issue (belt replacement) by not putting things back together correctly (I learned later from am ACTUAL mechanic)... and wanted to charge me to fix the power steering problem that HE created! This guy is a total CON ARTIST!
