The work on my truck was completed thoroughly and quickly. The mechanic explained exactly what work needed to be done. Everyone at McCarty’s was friendly and very helpful.

This is the second time I have used them and they will b the first call I make of I need a tow in the future. Quick and professional. Couldn't have went better

i'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the towing part of the transaction wasn't bad. had to get it towed 1 hour away from Owensboro & the guy who picked it up was a decent guy. had absolutely no problems with the towing part of it, and in that department i'd actually recommend them. not so sure about the auto repair part. for starters, the front desk people came off as short & unfriendly. they were a little better in person, but they were especially that way over the phone. i had to get my Jeep dropped off at their shop after having it towed by them, and when I got it back it had a new problem that was not there before. i ended up having to get my spark plugs & ignition coil replaced, although i went to a different mechanic for that cause i just didn't feel too sure about McCarty's. something weird about having that problem only after visiting them & they told me NOTHING about a problem with the spark plugs when diagnosing my Jeep. i emailed them over the problem and got no resp
