Charged two and a half hours for 45 minutes work. The woman who answers the phone is very friendly and nice. The tech was professional knowledgeable and courteous. But he showed that he could have done the job much faster. I'm almost certain at the milking of the clock was at the owner's behest.. They took about 2 hours to get to me. Although they quoted me an hour and a half. The owner however was rude impatient arrogant seemed to only care about his own well-being money and time ....didn't seem to have any care for the customer
