Went in for an unknown issue. Louisville automotive was prompt in their response back to make me aware of the problem and confirmed with a detailed price list of every service required. Took care of the issue in around 2 weeks after making it known a part needed to be ordered. Quick pick up easy payment. No issues since. Would def recommend over Audi of Louisville. I've had several items on my Mercedes C-350 repaired, examined, or given advise on. Also, I have my maintenances done there. This company is honest, very fair in price, convenient, and will seek to find less expensive ways/options to fix an issue, and reasonable in every way! I have taken my Subaru and Honda to Louisville Automotive for various repairs and maintenance for 7+ years and have always received honest assessments, fair prices, and prompt, excellent service. I personally know the owner. He's a straight shooter and with the expanded shop facilities has really take things to the next level (I especially like the easy after-hours drop-off/pickup). Services: Tires, Transmission, Wheel alignment
