Had them install a water pump and timing belt when they told me the van was ready I paid them and when I tried to start the car it would sound like it's running on 1 cylinder. Left it 5 more days. When I started my van up to leave it was running fair drove the van 4 miles had to take it back because it run fair but not even close to right. I talked to the owner and he said it needed a new crank sensor they said they installed. Now it's been there 3 weeks and the new word was needed 2 new sensors. So I went there in person and the owner told me the problem now was it needed a new LOST MOTION ASSEMBLY. So he wanted $150 deposit on the part and he would order it. I told him I would go to Honda and get it. When I get to Honda they told me that the part I was showing them did not go to a 2002 Honda odyssey. So they were just trying to get more money out of me. Our son lives in Louisville for school. He is driving our older enclave. We have used this business three times and have been extremely satisfied. It's hard to trust that our child isn't being taken advantage of when so far from home. He has had all three service issues dealt with and each time Mark took care of him.
