I was referred to them from another shop that could not handle the additional workload required by my vehicle's repairs. Wendy was a great communicator, relaying to me what the mechanics told her and answering the questions I had about the service I was receiving. Considering I had just sprung my vehicle upon them (it had broken down over the weekend, and was not one of their scheduled repair jobs), I was pleased with how she kept me in the loop about what was going on and when to expect to pick up my vehicle. A word of advice for anyone planning on bringing a vehicle in for regular maintenance (tune up, fluid flush, brakes, etc.), call ahead if you want the possibility of getting your vehicle back in the same day or morning after. As I said, mine was an emergency repair (car broke down due to overheating), so I understood it might take a while longer. I felt the price was fair, and will be bringing my car back to them for a brake job in the near future. Service: General repairs & main

Great customer service. Although I did not get to use them because the cost of repair was more than the car was worth. They still helped me with the process. I will be returning for future needs and vehicle inspection when we find a replacement car.
