My family, immediate and extended, have come to rely on Mr. McKnight's great service and expert knowledge. Everyone knows how hard it is to find a competent auto expert they can trust, and Quality First gives you something on top of that which is even harder to find theses days- peace of mind at a fair price. 6 out 5 stars. Quality First Auto Care was recommended to my mom by a coworker. When I originally started going to them, I had a Honda Accord that they did work on and seemed to do a good job. A few months later, I sold my Accord and bought an Acura TSX. Being that Quality First did a good job on my previous car, I decided to stick with them, until one morning. The night before I was visiting one of my friends in Lexington. That evening I went to try and start the car and it would do nothing but continue to crank. I tried several times but could not get the car to start. At this point I called a towing company and had the car towed over to Quality First so they could diagnose the problem and get me back on the road asap. I also informed the mechanic that for several months I have been hearing a very loud rattle upon cold start in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon as well.
