Powers Transmission and Complete Car Care Center

I recently moved to Lexington and, needing a few things done to my truck, scouted several places for a new mechanic. I landed on Mike and company at Powers Transmissions on Winchester Rd. When I went in we discussed several issues at length. They listened, made recommendations (but without the dreaded hard sell!), and in the end I was thoroughly satisfied that I had found a trustworthy mechanic! They took care of me quickly and the cost was even a bit less than I had expected. I unreservedly recommend them 100%! Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Had transmission rebuilt here supposedly using high performance parts for $6500, have another $6000 in rental car fees,truck has been back 3 times for warranty and transmission is broken AGAIN now for over a month and no return phone calls! Don't take your vehicle here for repairs unless you want to waste your time and money!!! We will see if they respond to my attorney now. Service: Transmission repair

I called Powers Transmisions and Complete Car Care yesterday. Expalined to the gentleman that I had a 2016 Ford Fusion that the brakes had gone out of and didn't seem to be holding brake fluid. He told me to bring it on in this morning and they woudl get it took care of for me. I drove the car in the rain without brakes to their service center. When i walkes inside. I told the man at the counter what I was there for and that I had been told to bring it in. He told me I had to take it to the dealership because it was a Ford. I explained the gentleman yesterday knew what the make & model and he told me to bring it in. He said it didn't matter they couldn't help me. So they turned me away in the pouring rain to drive across town without brakes. I sure hope no one treats their mother or daughter the way they treated me. Never never go to this service center!!!!!!! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance
