This place is THE BEST! The owner is such a lovely guy and so easy to work with, the prices are unbeatable. I was shocked at how quick he did the work for me and the price he quoted me. He let me know some things that would need to be fixed soon but weren’t urgent. He’s incredibly respectful and easy going. I will be recommending this shop to everyone from now on. Please understand that this one man shop's experience is limited to ONLY exhaust and brakes. He will not turn any job down that requires welding or using a torch. Do not ask him to do anything else that's not muffler or brake related. He absolutely does not honor or guarantee his work. Even though he's been living in the US for over 30 years, he will always claim that he didn't quite understand your request after he fails to meet your request. His gimmick or hustle is he'll give a better price if you don't need a receipt, this is what protects him from small claims court disputes. I had him try to fix my doors that where off track, I asked him what parts where needed, he stated that no parts where necessary, just a few welds. After the welds fell, he states that I really need to replace the doors after receiving my money. By the way, if you are a new customer, your first price is usually a lot lower then the industry's standard, but HE WILL make up for it the next time you have a probl
The muffler shop and auto care is the best repair shop in Lexington as far as I'm concerned. I really doubt any shop can beat his price. The man (Muhammad) replaced my right side manifold of my Eddie Bauer at a price that is unbelievable. I believe he doesn't really charge for labor because he does it himself to beat the competition--clever. And a God send for those on a tight budget!
