My mom and I were in the middle of a 16 hour drive when my check engine light came on. We contacted the shop prior to them opening and they were more than willing to accommodate us that morning. We came in and they took over. A few hours later they were able to give us a rough diagnostic and suggested we take the car to a dealership (the dealer confirmed the issue and luckily had the part on hand). Lexington Autoworks didn't even charge us! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even called the following day to make sure we had found someone and gotten to our destination safely. Our customer service experience was AMAZING. I really can't recommend them enough. Great service.

Exceptional service, very fair pricing and a friendly staff. Took my Volvo XC90 in to get repaired. Appointment setup was easy and the called and walked me through the repairs. 10/10. If you have a Volvo and you like it running correctly, go here!
