Kool Breeze

Kool Breeze performed a quick and excellent service to the AC repair of my 80 series Lexus LX450 / Land Cruiser. I highly recommend Kool Breeze for AC and general auto repair.

I really cannot express how thankful I am for Mike and his crew. They are so hard working, but also very quick and kind. I have been using Mike for several years and I recommend to every single person I meet. Kool Breeze is , hands down, the best auto shop in Lexington if not the entire state - people have traveled hours to use Mike, which you will learn from sitting in the lobby for just a few minutes. Mike is a good person who will tell you as much or as little as you'd like to know about what is wrong with your vehicle and how to fix it. He never sells you anything you don't absolutely need, though he will recommend things if it will help extend the life of your vehicle and its components. That being said, he also has the most fair pricing in town for the quality of work done and materials used. I cannot say enough positive things about this shop, its crew and its owner! Oh, the shop cats are pretty great, too :)

They kept my car for almost 2 days and didn’t do anything. They told me it would take approximately one day to rotate the tires and do an alignment and said it would be then the next day, and couldn’t promise me a time, but promised to call if any issues came up. I came 2 days later, after not receiving a phone call and them not answering the phone at all and they have not even started on the car and said, “Sorry we were really busy”, had zero respect for my time or that I needed my car, didn’t care that they lied to me and just kept pretending like they said “it SHOULD be done tomorrow”. I came here because I like supporting local businesses, but next time, I am just going to Firestone because they were extremely unprofessional by lying to me unapologetically. I understand things can come up in an auto shop, but promising to give your someone a call and not doing so is just disrespectful behavior as a human being, and unreliable behavior from a business.
