Jay Cee was so cordial and friendly. I had my tires rotated on my Tesla. The job was completed without any issues and I was on my way in no time! I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend his services. And tire rotation is free! It’s a win win business! Service: Tires
I felt pretty defeated when trying to figure out what was wrong with my tire. I had first gone to Costco and was turned away. I’m not local to Lexington so I wasn’t sure where to go at first and Ken Towery was the closest option for me. I pulled in and explained what was going on… from the second I got there until the second I left, I felt like they were 110% going above and beyond to take care of us. They were incredibly helpful and kind and of course knew exactly how to fix my tire. I will be coming back to this location and won’t even consider Costco next time. So thankful I ended up at this Ken Towery location and would highly recommend them!!
Nico and David took great care of me today. I had a nail in my tire. They fixed my tire immediately and they were kind and efficient.
