Communication was good throughout the repair; however, upon receiving my car back from the shop all of my items from the glove box were on the floor board of the passengers side scattered with many items missing. I called addressing maybe hoping those items were taken out to get behind the glovebox for whatever reason and just forgotten to be placed back, but I can very well assume now those items were stolen and I won't be getting them back. While removing the door panel to get access to the bolt I noticed the bolt was maybe two or three threads in and very loose. Grabbed a 10mm socket and tightened it up. Noise gone. I see now that there must not be any type o
