Didn't get everything I asked for completed in the service and had to reset my own oil change time on the car(could have taken it back for them to do) but overall, it was good. Thank you.
I was very impressed with Rick today. He carried my tire out of my car then later on He carried again to place it back on my trunk. That's what I call Customer Service, going the extra mile. Little details are what makes a Customer want to come back, because you trust their care about you as a customer. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ????
Big shout out to the team at The Goodyear Store on Richmond Road in Lexington KY! Led by Olivia Matuszczak… the team installed 4 new Endurance tires on my Airstream trailer in less than 50 minutes. Torqued tires to my specs, helped me back out of the parking lot and worked up a good $$ price on those tires. Highly recommend this tire shop. PS… they do all sorts of break and alignment stuff too… ????????
