Today I Called to ask to speak with a tech regarding replacing an Oil pan in a GTI. Gave the receptionist my vehicle information, and told them I'd like to speak with a technician before I brought my vehicle to them because I had a few questions. The answer I got was "They're just going to tell you to bring it in." To which I asked "So I cannot speak with a tech about my vehicle?" and the receptionists said "I guess" then asked for a call back number. Called several months ago to ask questions about configuring my VAG-COM, and repeatedly was told to "just write a list of what I wanted done," without getting any of my questions about the settings answered. Just kept getting the same answer over and over again to bring the car in and write down what I wanted. A lot of money invested in my vehicle which I'm dependent on daily. I don't think asking about work is overstepping my bounds as a customer. I'll gladly take my vehicle to an organization that understands that they're here to help c
