Jonathon was the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was wonderful with helping me out on the steps I needed to take to get my car fixed and even made sure my rental car process was taken care of. He was friendly and prompt. My car was restored better than expected and they did it in a timely manner. I will always use Collision Masters for any repairs I might (hopefully not) need haha. From start to finish, my experience with Collision Masters of Lexington was excellent from initial claim/estimate all the way through and up to rework completion. They prepared me for what experience they'd had before with my insurance provider's claim process and they helped navigate that masterfully. It was nearly a brand new vehicle going in (except for a newly smashed door) and looked brand new coming out (even with a very tricky paint color). Josh Wilson and Cameron helped us out with body work that occurred from an accident that occurred from another driver. They were fast and helpful with dealing with the insurance company of the other driver and rental car company.
