I have found my new garage!! Just moved to Lexington and had a minor breakdown, (alternator). I called a couple of shops but couldn't get through to anyone. A local friend suggested that I try Auto Excel. Cole answered the phone and suggested that I bring it in. Everything was diagnosed with a great detailed report of the entire car. This report was emailed to me so I could review all the details without any pressure and then Cole was available to go line by line with me to make sure we were all super clear what I wanted done. Everything about my experience with Auto Excel was pretty exceptional. I'm confident in the quality of the work and the honesty of the business. Auto Excel took great care of my wife and I. Phillip worked diligently with my extended warranty company to make sure they covered as much as possible and their in depth diagnostic for vehicles is well worth it. Easily one of the best mechanic shops I've had an experience with and a lot of it had to do with Phillip. Highly recommend for auto repair and regular upkeep or maintenance.
