I’m so grateful I could cry. My husband took my car in to get the AC fixed. While it was there the mechanics figured out I also have an internal engine leak (pretty expensive and tough job) since I was still within the warranty I am able to get it fixed by Ford for free! Had they not went above and beyond to check everything and spot that I would be out thousands if I didn’t notice until my warranty was up or until the oil started to mix, so many scary things could’ve happened to make my vehicle unsafe for my babies and I never would’ve known. Thank you so much!

I would like to apologize to Meineke I thought it was the review for a car rental Meineke I appreciate you very very much for helping my family they broke down on the way to Florida you guys put them first instead of making them wait got the van in right away got it diagnosed seen the training fluid coming out the front seal pulled the transmission your mechanic is awesome stayed on it until it was done that was a lot of work but him know as well I appreciate him very much and thank you to Oscar for taking time talking to me and my daughter and been very professional you guys will have some pizzas coming your way thank you very much from my family to yours God bless you

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP ENOUGH. I was driving from Nashville back to Chicago on Saturday when I started having car issues about an hour and a half in. Turns out my radiator had been leaking and caused a slew of malfunctions under the hood of my car. I was able to make it to the shop where they told me they wouldn't have the parts until Monday morning. I explained to them my situation and that I needed to be back in Chicago by Tuesday at the latest and they promised to get me in first thing Monday morning. 7:30am, I showed up and they immediately started fixing my car. Justin and Eric were wonderful, they explained everything to me, even got me a coupon so my wallet wouldn't take as much of a hit. They got me on the road by 1pm and I made it back safe and sound. They took care of me and for a young woman, that's sometimes hard to find when it comes to my car. If you want top tier service and the friendliest people ever, I highly recommend coming to this shop. They were my guardian
